Once upon a time, Chef Virginia Willis came to Heirloom to celebrate both the Charleston Wine + Food Festival and the release of her, at that time new, cookbook, Basic to Brilliant, Y’all!

She cooked a marvelous Sunday Supper for a sold out crowd & we were lucky enough for Helen DuJardin to photograph the affair.... 

Can we please figure out how to do this again??!
